We are looking for highly motivated, responsible, and dedicated individuals to promote and market Arizona United Soccer Club as we gear up for our second season.

Marketing Intern

Summary:

The Marketing Intern will assist the marketing, ticket operations, and game-day departments. He/she will serve as brand ambassadors, promotional staff, and entertainers at youth/adult soccer tournaments, community events, grassroots marketing across the Phoenix metropolitan, and gameday activities. This is a great way to gain valuable event and promotional marketing experience while working for a professional soccer club.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of soccer a PLUS
• Self-motivated, driven team player
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in busy environment
• Attention to detail a MUST
• Support additional digital staff members when requested
• Engage fans and be knowledgeable of Arizona United Soccer Club
• Additional requirements will be discussed if considered for the position

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Evening and weekend hours will be required
• Must receive college credit. Proof of this credit is required

Digital Media Intern

Summary:

The Digital Media Intern will work alongside the Public Relations & Social Media department and assist on game-day projects. Intern will contribute some material to the Arizona United SC website, and help prepare and assist on pre-game and post-game coverage. Intern is required to work at all home matches and will be required to work some nights and weekends.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
• Written and oral Spanish language skills a plus
• Assist is developing storylines and creating blog posts
• Compiling daily press clippings and tracking coverage
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under a deadline
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of soccer
• Previous experience covering a beat for a school paper, magazine, online publication, etc.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to work all home matches
• Must receive college credit. Proof of this credit is required

Videographer Intern

Summary:

The Videographer Intern will assist the video production department. Intern will be asked to shoot footage and assist in editing.

This is an unpaid internship and is for college credit only. Proof that you are receiving credit is required.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Assist in filming and editing video segments
• Assist in filming player interviews, content for in-stadium video boards, marketing shoots and game day videos
• Strong video production skills and set experience
• Assist in the development of production, set-up, logistics and breakdown for video production
• Ability to work under a deadline

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to work all home matches
• Must receive college credit. Proof of this credit is required
